Thrive Together Education was founded by Pam, who recognised a growing need for meaningful, compassionate support for families, schools, and community groups. Through her work supporting children, young people, and parents during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, it became clear that many settings needed earlier intervention, clearer guidance, and a more joined‑up approach.
Drawing on years of experience across emotional wellbeing services, family support, residential childcare, and the family court process, Pam set out to create a service that brings together knowledge, compassion, and practical support in a way that truly empowers those who need it.
What began as Pam’s vision has grown into a small, dedicated team known for its reliability, empathy, and heart‑centred approach. Today, Thrive Together Education will build on that foundation, helping children, families, and school communities move forward with confidence, resilience, and hope.

Our THRIVE programme is a wellbeing workshop designed to support both children and adults in better understanding the impact of social media use on mental health. Developed through real‑world experience and frontline emotional wellbeing work, THRIVE focuses on early intervention, education, and open conversations that help families navigate the digital world with confidence.
The workshop helps children and young people explore how social media influences their emotions, relationships, self‑esteem, and daily wellbeing. Through engaging activities and practical tools, we encourage healthier online habits and greater self‑awareness.
THRIVE also supports parents and carers, helping them recognise potential online risks and feel more confident discussing digital behaviour, safety, and emotional wellbeing with their children. By strengthening understanding at home, we aim to build a supportive environment where young people can thrive both online and offline.
Schools and community groups are offered tailored support based on the specific issues arising within their setting. This includes ongoing guidance, follow‑up sessions, and bespoke resources to ensure the programme continues to meet the evolving needs of pupils, staff, and families.
This programme has been shaped by our direct work in emotional health services. As an Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, Pam delivers one‑to‑one support to children and young people, and through this work it has become increasingly clear that early education around social media is essential. THRIVE was created in response to this growing need, offering proactive guidance before issues escalate.
